Where:  Bull Street Labs, 2222 Bull Street

This month’s lunch will be generously provided by GitHub

November’s Presenter is Josh Nichols, Sr. Application Engineer at Github

Josh has been a GitHub user for some 9 years, and an GitHub employee for 4 of those. He knows some gits and some hubs. Join us for lunch and learning during Lunch 101, as Josh shares some novel ways you can use GitHub to manage your work, life, and nearly anything, as well as some best practices.

Josh Nichols is a professional software developer with over 12 years of professional experience. He has written and contributed to many open source projects, many of which are widely used to this day. Josh is also very active within the developer community, having written comprehensive blog posts, organized regular meetups, and presented at conferences. Originally from New Hampshire, he worked in Boston before finding himself in Savannah. Some might say that’s a huge change, but he’s pretty content with the quality of life down here in these parts. Josh also enjoys reading, slaying dragons, hackey sack, and making up words.
